Exceptionally comfortable place, I enjoyed supper friendly personnel.
Outstanding twin room was amazing. There was a clean bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was GREAT as for me. The hotel was placed 1 km away from the airport.

Super base for exploring Malang. Ideal and fantastic accommodation with exceptionally nice staff with all staff members. Favourable location in a great area, really close to train station and Tugu Monument as a landmark of Malang and convenience store and the mountains of East Java. Great to have a rooftop restaurant for breakfast.

The room is brand new and has a fairly clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, alongside an extra large bed for a comfortable night's sleep.

If you're seeking a budget-friendly option, the hotel is located in a mostly Muslim area with several restaurants within walking distance. it's close to the train station, which makes transportation more accessible. the room was spacious and clean with large windows that provided natural light. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast had limited choices and wasn't impressive compared to similar hotels in the vicinity.

During my Christmas vacation, I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was quite comfortable and clean, and the staff was welcoming and kind. I really appreciated the free pick-up from the train station and the great value for my money. the location was ideal for exploring the city as it was conveniently situated near many attractions.
I did have a couple of disappointments during my stay. The hot water in the shower was weak and had an unpleasant odor, which made it difficult to enjoy a refreshing shower or use the swimming pool.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the city centre with friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. The location was perfect as it was close to many tourist spots. The breakfast had a wide variety with delicious options. The hotel facilities were great with a gym, rooftop terrace, and swimming pool.
Nothing is perfect.
